2nd Birthday Party!

This weekend we went to Comanche and had the twins' 2nd Birthday celebration! Uncle Jordon, Aunt Lori and Uncle Cameron all came. Uncle Tyler and Aunt Nicole did not get to make it. It was probably best that they didn't since Reid but mostly Ella woke up Saturday morning feeling terrible! Poor little girl had a faucet where her little button nose should be and it was turned on full blast. She just felt cruddy. A sick grumpy girl is no fun for anyone...especially her mama! So we didn't really need Aunt Nicole and Rhett (still baking) getting around sick kids!

But we powered through the best we could and still had a good weekend!  I don't think I have them in the greatest of order...but a total of 4 hours of sleep over two nights makes for a worn out and un-motivated mama!

Playing catch with Uncle Cameron and our new baseball glove.

Checking out our new Mickey Mouse and Friends action figures.

A Space Woody...a little confused by this.

Putting on our new Princess jewels.

Waiting on Uncle Cameron to hurry up and get the tent opened!

My poor sick little princess.

Pops and the Lady of the Hour.

The Man of the Hour.

Checking out a new goody with Aunt Lori.

He has spotted a Buzz Lightyear so look out world!

Buzz Lightyear pajamas!

They were a little confused about blowing out the candles at first because generally all they ever hear around a candle is NO! Smoke Hot! - But we knew what to do!

Poor little girl just looks miserable!

Meemaw made delicious chocolate and strawberry cakes and Aunt Lori did an excellent job decorating them!

Daddy was taking too long getting his Buzz Lightyear free!

Our new modes of transportation!

He coulden't wait to get his Buzz tent set up but ended up with Ella taking it over and she will not allow Reid to go in it!

Uncle Jordy putting up their custom made birthday banner!

I don't even want to know what was being discussed here.

I absolutely love this picture. It makes me laugh out loud. My two goober brothers look so uncomfortable with Ella - like they are both trying to get rid of her. Which is totally not the case...They were playing with her - just I took the picture at an odd moment. But it does kinda fit them. Two years ago this woud of been an honest picture but not anymore.

The race is on!

I like how Jordon and Cameron are kinda mirroring each other. They are the most identical non-twins ever!

Where did everybody go?

Love this.

I am pretty sure Uncle Cameron bounced a few off his head!

I love this next series of pictures...they are in reverse order (sadly) but I have already messed it up twice trying to rearrange pictures and just don't have the time to try again. So imagine somebody hit the rewind button!

Run baby girl run!

This is such a typical picture of a moment in time at the Dudley house. Boys out playing football and dogs every where and chasing tennis balls. Reid has no idea he isn't the same size as is uncles or big brother. He just gets right in the mix.

Providing his Uncle Cameron with a little pass protection!

Oh - and of course they all got a little dove hunting in too!
Overall - it was a fun weekend. Thanks to Uncle Cameron, Uncle Jordon, Aunt Lori and Meemaw and Pops for all the fun gifts and for putting up with some pretty cranky birthday babies and their tired and cranky mama!
