Christmas 2011

We had a very Merry Christmas and it may take us all a week to recover! Holidays are getting more fun with the fact that the twins are beginning to understand and get excited about the toys they get AND new babies are arriving! One of my favorite parts about this Christmas was getting to hold my new nephew Rhett. He is such a sweet baby! And I LOVE the fact that I get to hold him and love on him and then GIVE HIM BACK to his parents! LOL!

We began our Christmas on Christmas Eve by my little princess posing for pictures in front of the Christmas tree. Her brothers really didn't care to much about it, but I was able to coax her twin brother into it once!

I had not changed him out of his pajamas yet!
On Christmas Eve we drove into downtown and looked at all the lights and the big Christmas tree. I loved all these colored trees!

When we got home, the twins took their bath, got into their Christmas pj's and then loaded up Santa's cookie plate!

Had to sample a few to make sure they were okay for Santa to eat!

Notice the toilet paper rolls....Reid Marshall puts them on his arms and uses them as guns....He is a simple boy! LOL
Santa made the drop off!!!!
Dark and early the next morning - Landman made the discovery!
He did not enjoy having to wait an extra hour until the twins finally woke up!

Information overload...what to grab first!

Boy loves his Buzz.
Most Dangerous hunts for the video game..
Woody getting a little attention too!

CooKoo Monster!
She loves her Rapunzel!!
Brushing her long and messy hair!

A little early morning hunt!
Catching a little shut eye on the way to Meemaw and Pops' house!

Waiting for the whole family to gather around.

This is just obscene! But when you have 13 people gathering around the tree what else do you expect!

Daddy and son in their Christmas green!

Slinky Dog!
Lalaloopsy!
Football!  (in case we have any non-sports folks out there! LOL)
Robot!
Her new pink boots courtesy of Uncle Cameron! He did pretty darn good shopping for a little girl's shoes! LOL!
Trick remote control car.
Telling mama to open his Astro Boy movie NOW!
Life is good!
Doing a little watercolor painting with Meemaw....

Such a sweet boy....the little one- not too sure about the big guy!
Finally the boys doing something productive!  The women cooked so the men cleaned!
Uncle Cameron didn't get to take his nap so Reid was bringing him a napping pillow!

Yup - they are definately NEW parents...notice the look of exhaustion!

 A little card game...
After a very long day with NO nap...she and princess cratered on the way home!

Reid woke up bright and early this morning and assumed the typical man position!
Landman doing a little race car driving.
New popcorn machine anxiously awaiting the first family movie night.

Testing out the new bow.

We had a wonderful holiday and are so blessed to have spent it with loving family! Thank you to everyone for spoiling my children so! We are so appreciative of everything and everyone!
