Easter 2012

We had a very full Easter weekend. I think only a few hours were spent indoors and those were just to sleep! Everyone converged on Meemaw and Pops' house except for Jordon, Lori and Rylan. Poor little guy just isn't ready for that kind of stuff yet!

There are WAY too many pictures, but I just couldn't decide what to cut out. With so many pictures I crashed my blog a couple of times, so by the time I was able to get all the pictures uploaded, I some how got some out of order. Annoys me but there is no way I am attempting to fix it!

The twins and especially Reid are obsessed with Pops' cows. So they are having an early morning visit.

Some people might think having bulls in your backyard is strange but that is normal at the Dudley house.

Benefits of long legs...no gate necessary.

Reid's reaction to having to leave the bulls.

My pretty pretty princess in her Easter attire.

My foolish attempt at a grandkid picture. Of course my youngest two were not having it.

Love this!

Landman is looking at Rhett's parents. His face is totally saying "somebody want to do something please!"

Headed to see what the Easter Bunny left.

He left Big brother a fishing pole. He can barely contain his excitement!

Easter Bunny didn't quite make it out of the yard!

Reid had to stop and inspect every single thing he picked up. Ella was just in a hurry to fill her bucket as fast as possible and worry about what was in them later.

Don't his uncles look thrilled?

Gotta give them a shake shake shake.

Sweet baby Rhett and his mama!

Yes, my family lives and breathes baseball. Sigh....ugh!

How adorable is she!

Savannah and her Daddy and Uncle Brian came down to visit for a little bit!

When her daddy informed her it was time to go...she sought comfort from Ella. So sweet!

The twins chasing bubbles was interrupting big brother's baseball game. Stinkin' brother and sister are always ruining something! LOL

His reaction when he was informed he had to go inside to eat.

His mood improved quickly.

It is impossible to pose little kids, but if you just let them go, sometimes good things happen.

She thought she wanted in the tree but quickly changed her mind!

Uncle Cameron put her in charge of Sophie. He was very nervous! hahaaha

This little man LOVED being in the tree!

Can't really see the leash, but I think Sophie was more in charge than Ella was!

Daddy and Landman spent ALL day on Saturday hunting turkeys. Landman did not get one, but his hunting partner Hunter did.

Saturday we spent the majority of the day in the pasture with the cows and horses.

Learning to jump off the tailgate!

Uncle Cameron let him on the roof and he thought it was great fun!

This is right after Cameron put him up there and Reid took off! Uncle Cameron and Mama both had mild heart attacks!

This is one of those "bad idea written all over it" moments!

Love the look on Ella's face!

Her favorite activity is filling the water trough up with rocks!

Taking Gypsy for a spin.

Rhett looks thrilled to be experiencing his first horse ride at 4 months of age!

She loves riding her Gypsy.

I guess he felt secure enough or felt like he had to be a big boy for Uncle Cameron and happily rode this time!

Drinking her milk and waiting for her blueberry muffins.

Reid's breakfast of choice...barbecue chips. He is not big eater, so I generally let him eat anything he wants if it means he is eating!

Baby Rhett...he is the sweetest little guy.

Getting her hair braided and yawning.

Playing cards with Uncle Cameron first thing in the morning.

It was a very fun and good weekend. Just wish the rest of the family could of been there. And yes, we are paying for all our outdoor fun today. My little allergy bug has had to go to the doctor today and take breathing treatments for wheezing. Poor little guy loves being outside but is apparently allergic to EVERYTHING! Springtime is going to be rough on him!
