And of course - the minute we stepped out of the car the sun vanished behind the clouds and the wind picked up and it felt about 15 degrees colder! So much for the cute spring outfits!!

It is just a tad difficult to tote one kid on a hip, a bag full of juices, snacks, blankets, sunblock, toys and everything else under the sun and still try to take photos!! So, yes, every photo in this post was taken with either Reid or Ella tugging at the camera and a ton of other rednecks trying to get a photo of a rhino hiding in its shelter!!
This was about as exciting as ANY of the animals got today!

This was about my 5th attempt at a photo of Reidy Pete and me...he was annoyed at this point! LOL!
I don't know how these giraffes don't weigh 4 million pounds. They do nothing all day but stand at the bridge and eat crackers!!!
It was worth it because afterwards Pawpaw took us to eat at Mary's (YUM!!!) The site of my and the hubby's actual 2nd date!
