Reid and Ella Grace's 5th Birthday!!

On Sunday, Sept. 21, my little two pound preemies turned 5 years old!! I can't believe how fast it has gone!! Kinda makes me miss them being little babies...but then I hold my niece and she starts fussing and it sure is nice to hand her off to her mama or daddy!! LOL!

For their 5th birthday we had a full weekend in Comanche planned! All the family was there, except Uncle Cameron, Aunt Melisa and little Jordan.  We even were generous and let daddy, Landon and Uncle Jordon go dove hunting, but the sudden downpour kinda put a damper on their fun!

BUT not OURS!!  First we saddled up Rosie and Cecil and forced them to work on their day off!! I guess recessive horse riding genes are coming out in them - cause they LOVE it! (their Mama ate dirt a few too many times as a youngster, to find it fun!)

This boy kept yelling for Pops to go faster! And he spent some time shooting bad guys too!

She looks like me...but she finds this so MUCH FUN...I worry barrels may be in our future!

If only there had been some cows get mixed up that needed sorting. Ella Grace would of been up for it!

While waiting on your turn to ride...you tried to fill the water trough with rocks!!

Even guys that wear flat billed baseball caps ride horses too!

First activity of birthday weekend was a success!!

Next, like all Dudley kids, we had to play a little backyard football!! We also made a trip to the Comanche City Park, but Mama was way too busy keeping an eye on everyone to take pictures!

Should I help him up? Nah! Football is rough!

Little boy was just a little sweaty and sticky after an afternoon of riding horses, playing football, playing at the park and just running around like a crazy man in general!!

Happy Birthday Reid and Ella!

After a trip to the Cemetary...yes, the twins requested to go to the cemetery on their birthday.....Weird I know, but it was kinda neat because we realized that my great-grandfather died on Sept. 21, 1927 and there were all his descendants and name-sakes (he was the first Marshall) visiting the Dudley plot on that very day!!  But anyways, after that, we all headed to Brownwood for pizza at Prima Pasta! Again, missing 3 members of the family.

Next we headed to the bowling alley, to get our bowl on!

None of the little kids had ever bowled and they all LOVED it!  Adults have gotten old and stiff and it was a pretty sad display on their part! LOL!

And what I think maybe the case for the rest of her brother's and cousin's lives...Baby Girl WON! She had the best score...in fact she came in right behind her two uncles!

Trying to pick up her a spare!!!

Of course...I think Daddy pulled something! LOL!

Baby girl had a pink and purple cake topped with princesses (She and twin brother did the decorating!)  And Reidy Pete wanted a big cookie cake with blue icing!

Sweet pea got her Pom Pom (a fur real friends Panda) and lots of Ever After High dolls and Barbies!

Little Man was all about HUGE pirate ship and all the bad guys and gladiators to fight them and have battles!

We all had a great and fun weekend for the twins' 5th birthday!! We realized in the car on the way to Brownwood, it was the twins, Pops, me and Daddy all in our car together, and that is EXACTLY who was there 5 years ago when the twins were born!  It was me, Mark and my Daddy all sitting in my hospital room (well, I was laying) when the twins decided they had waited long enough! The nurses rushed Mark off to get into scrubs, they wheeled me into the OR and my daddy was left standing in the hall watching me go! LOL! Amazing it has been 5 years! And every single one has been a constant adventure!
